Standard Terms and Conditions
	General Our books are returnable. Return permission must first be requested so that we may authorize the return and issue detailed packing and shipping instructions. See the Return Policy section below for more information. Books damaged in transit are not the responsibility of the publisher. Process your claim with the shipping carrier. Invoices are due and payable in thirty days from the first of the next month after the date of the invoice. Discounts will be forfeited if accounts are not paid within ninety days of the due date. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on delinquent accounts. Shipping charges will be added to all credit orders. Requests for special handling must be received in writing with the order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts The following discount schedule applies to all buyers. Titles may be mixed to achieve higher discounts. Order Quantity Discount 1 0 2-4 copies 20% 5-99 copies 40% 100 and up 50% Return Policy All unblemished books may be returned for credit or refund if received within one year of the original invoice date. A copy of the original invoice must be included with return shipment. Shipments must be returned prepaid to the order address listed below. Note: returned books must arrive in good resaleable condition to qualify for a refund. Shipping We ship our books via the Post Office's "Priority Mail" and Media Mail. We can ship via truck, UPS, or Federal Express upon request, but shipping costs will be higher. Resale Numbers Maine dealers must mention their resale number with their order in order to avoid being charged Maine sales tax.
